Sunday's show will, sadly, be the final English language programme on Radio One Marratxi for the time being, and I've lined up a terrific guest to help us sign off in fine style: Liam Live, top singer/songwriter, joins me with his new album Phoenix - literally hot off the press! We'll play some tracks from it and find out what's going on right now in Liam's life.
We'll also hear, for the last time, from our voice of the north, Ann MacDonald.
I hope you'll join me tomorrow from 10am til 1pm.

We were in mallorca a few weekends ago staying with family for a short break, soaking up the glorious sun you're blessed with over there. Whilst wandering around one of the local markets on sunday morning in the blistering heat, we heard your program on Radio Marratxi blaring from a radio on one of the stalls- it was great to hear a local station giving us the run down of what was happening on the island that week as well as playing some cool tunes (loved the one from Leftfield - where can i get it???)...and all in english We followed your advice and headed to the trotting races over in Manacor that evening - what a great night out - thanks a million. It's just such a shame the station is no more - i'm sure the islands listeners will miss you all.
